Module 5- Milestone 2_International Business Expansion

Q Instructions Step 1. Examine the following scenario to inform your work in Step 2. It’s been five years since you opened the business that you started, at least in part, with the money that your late aunt bequeathed to you in her will. Things have been going well for your business in the US and you are now looking at expanding into a foreign market. Foreign market expansion involves many considerations and is not an easy undertaking, but you believe that this year is a good time to make your move! To help with your expansion, you have applied for a small business loan of $150,000 US dollars. You have been doing some research to determine what country should be the focus of your expansion efforts and initially narrowed your search down to three possibilities: South Africa, Japan, and Chile. As part of the loan application process, the lender requires that you submit a short business plan to help them determine the viability of your new operations. This is what you will accomplish in this milestone assignment. Step 2. Complete the Milestone 2: International Business Expansion Worksheet. Complete this worksheet using the directions within to guide you. Submit your completed worksheet in the “Assignment and Grades” tab in your course menu. When you have submitted this assignment for grading, please return to Module 5 for a module wrap-up.
